Then they arrived on time, were very professional and helpful, and packed things carefully. Then they delivered on time at our new home, only one lamp shade broken. Paperwork on the day of the move got a little rushed but there was a lot going on. We are happy and would hire them again."

"Working with Michael to set up the two moves with terrific. My problems came from the actual movers. The first movers dropped a heavy piece and damaged it. This group to our items to a location where they were transferred to another group to finish the move. More damage happened. The second move was done by a different group who picked up our things and delivered them. Again some damage. My problem with the second move was with the claim department at National Van Lines. I was overly careful about the damages I claimed (only submitting the largest items or easiest to replace), but had to negotiate to get a fair deal. BUT NVL did set me up with a great guy who could fix most of the damaged items."

"Excellent experience, and that says a lot because moving is usually a nightmare! They showed up with real professional equipment, not just a basic dolly. The stair climbing dolly was incredible. Heavy furniture went up to a second floor apartment smoothly and safely without scraping walls or beating up the pieces. It saved a huge amount of time and effort. They also brought heavy duty dollies, straps, thick blankets, shrink wrap, and the right tools to disassemble and reassemble furniture quickly. Everything was organized and efficient. You could tell they do this everyday of the week. The guys worked hard, placed everything exactly where it needed to go, and made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving ahead of schedule having completed the job early. Hiring a crew that brings thousands of dollars in professional equipment and a million dollars worth of know how makes all the difference. Big thanks to everyone involved!
