Service Pro painted the trim and garage doors on our condo unit. Work was great and efficient.

The painters were friendly and easy to work with. They did a great job of painting the exterior trim and garage doors for several of the condos in our association. They were neat and careful and clean up afterwards was excellent. This is the second year we have used Service Pro Painting and we plan to use them again next year for additional units. Al Korhorn

Dan and his team were great! The time from me contacting them to get an estimate to them completing the job was only two weeks! That is extremely fast in this day & age. We had quite a bit of damage on the walls & ceiling that needed to be repaired and they fixed it all beautifully! The two men who came took less than a day and were so kind. Highly recommend!

Honestly, did not go well at first. But Dan called me after the fact and me it right by me, which he did not need to do. I think it reflects well that he covered the repairs and ensured that I was good the end

Overall a very positive experience. Only one small snafu on a pretty good size painting project which also involved some minor carpentry repairs. Dan and crew were very responsive to address any questions and concerns. Project was completed in a very timely manner.

It went very well. Our workers showed up when they said they would, were very courteous, and finished the job on time. We are very happy with the work. We would hire again.

I had such a great experience with Dan and Service Pro. I recommended him to about 3 other friends as well and everyone was beyond happy. The precision was just as I had hoped. I had just bought my brand new house and am so happy that Service Pro was who I went with! I was nervous trying someone new but a friend of mine referred me and I am thrilled she did!

Dan was great. He was very responsive and well priced. The guy he sent to paint was very professional and helpful. I care a lot about perfection and they did a great job with the trim. The paint is even and straight and it looks great! Very professional. It took him 3 days to complete the project and he was punctual and cleaned up afterwards every day. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I initially had high expectations for this company. Dan took my call and scheduled an estimate shortly thereafter. He seemed professional, gave me his card and said he’d have my quote within a few days. That was two weeks ago. He did respond to my first follow up message by saying he’d have it to me soon. He did not reply to my next inquiry, and I haven’t heard back from him since. Very disappointing, especially since this company has so many great reviews. I’m assuming my project wasn’t big enough for him and wouldn’t allow for as much profit as a bigger job, but I would have appreciated honesty, or at least not a total blow off.

Dan and his team were hired to paint wood surfaces (trim, windows, garage door, etc.) on a brick house in the summer of 2017. After having exterior storm windows reglazed, work which was done by another company, Dan and his team were to paint the trim on those same windows. It was this part of the job which did not go well. It turned cold and there were some problems getting the windows finished. The work was finally completed, but the paint blistered/bubbled on the reglazed areas. The conclusion drawn was that the reglaze was not completely dry before being painted. Dan said he would come back this year (2018) and fix the windows. I notified Dan in the middle of May of 2018 to please put me on his list to fix the windows from the fall of 2017. In August, I told him the job needed to be done by the end of September. An appointment was made, though he failed to show up. Via email, he apologized and said that his day "was packed and time slipped by." More time went by. Another meeting was scheduled and he showed up three hours early for the appointment. In October, he said he wanted the issue "resolved asap." I believe another meeting was scheduled but did not happen, for reasons I cannot recall. It was in October that my patience began wearing very thin. It had now been five months that I had wanted this work finished. I felt that because my job was a carry-over from the previous fall, I thought it should have been attended to as soon as the weather permitted. Dan did not see it that way. I paid him nearly $7,000 for the total work done, and I wanted the windows done yesterday. Furthermore, the paint was chipping/failing in a couple of other places on the house. A few more emails were exchanged. I finally told Dan I wanted a refund of $1,000 because I wanted nothing more to do with him and his excuses. I felt the $1,000 was fair because I was going to have to have the windows reglazed again to the price of $400 and the work his guys had done on the windows was $600. He admitted he hadn't been great "at communicating" and said he was sorry my job was not "number 1," and on and on. I told him I had given him plenty of opportunity to correct the problem and now it was too late; I simply wanted a refund so I could get the work done next year. Time and time again, Dan kept requesting that we "meet" to discuss, etc., etc., etc. I told him we were NOT going to meet, that the refund amount was not unreasonable, that I was not going to negotiate anymore, and that I was done. He continued requesting a meeting and wondered why I was so angry. REALLY????? This went on for weeks. He finally offered $500 as a refund, with some interesting stipulations: the job was to be considered done, no further action would be needed, and there were to be "no reviews on any social media and online profiles/paid advertising." To say I was livid would be an understatement. I countered with $750, and he came back with stating he would be sending me three $200 visa gift cards. I think I screamed. I told him to forget it. He persisted a bit longer and mentioned he hoped we could come to "a fair conclusion." I ended up telling him to NEVER contact me again, something he finally accepted. In conclusion, there are obviously two sides to everything. My perspective was annoyance at having to have the windows redone and having to contact Dan repeatedly to try and make that happen. He had to have been too busy getting other bids for my job to have been put on the back burner, so to speak. It's all about the money. Then, there were delays, missed appointments, justifications, excuses, and rationalizations as to why my requesting a $1,000 refund was unreasonable. Dan must have come back with wanting us to "meet" five times after I said no. Yes, he was sorry. After awhile, the customer no longer cares. When he offered the gift cards, I had had my limit. I did not want gift cards! I wanted a refund check in the amount of $1,000. It never happened. As a person, Dan seemed nice enough. However, as a person in business, forget it.

I truly wish this team and their corresponding work ethic were pervasive across all trades. Dan and his team were exceptional. True professionals. I'm not anal and don't inspect everything, unless something gives me ground to inspect with a fine tooth comb. The work they performed was 100% perfect, I actually was a little astounded. I had cabinets painted before and now I know the difference between a team that actually cares about their work and a team that needs to move on to the next job. My wife, family and I can't stop commenting on how we were about to replace them, but opted to attempt to extend their life by repainting. I wasn't too optimistic, but these cabinets now look like gold. They painstakingly sanded them all down, removed the doors, hand rolled the bases, then took the cabinet doors/drawers to their shop. They primed them and did two coats of paint. They look awesome. The rest of the downstairs had been repainted by the previous home owners. Attention to detail didn't seem to be their MO. The Service Pro team corrected those mistakes and then repainted the entire downstairs. Again, it looks perfect. I would absolutely hire them again, for anything.

It went well. 2 painters showed up instead of the original 1. The painters worked quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased with how their work turned out. They even touched up some of my work that had been done in the same color.

They were great to work with. Very quality oriented. Extensive prep work to ensure a high quality result . The crew at our home was always prompt and professional. They did what they said they were going to do when they they said they were going to do it. Excellent communication between the owner and the crew. Any issues or questions were addressed promptly. Highly recommend.

They did an outstanding job with both wood work and painting. After the project was complete, they returned to repair and paint two huge holes that woodpeckers made well after the job was done. I will hire them again on my next project.

Dan was very professional to work with and he laid out a very detailed plan of what needed to be done and the cost. The painters were also very professional and did a great job. I would definitely hire them again.

It went well. The painters actually started the work a few days earlier than first promised. The work was completed (except for touch ups) in about 5 days. Touch ups were completed a few days later.

Punctual and did a very good job.

The guy I contacted did not show up to do the estimate, so I texted him and he said, "Oh, the day sort of got away from me, can we reschedule?" I said fine. So an hour past the rescheduled time, I text him and tell him to not even bother. We'll find someone else. He responded "Ok. Sorry for the inconvenience." It just looks bad for the company. Just be honest if you are busy and booked and don't overschedule yourself. Now I have to plan this project an extra week out because this guy was over eager to fit in as many jobs as possible. It would be better to just decline the business and say you don't have the capacity.
