I called them Monday, Feb 15th about a clogged drain, they came out Tues Feb 16th at the time I was told they would be there, which was great! They were there from 3:30 pm to 6:50 pm. Some repairs had to be made to the laundry tub drain and my toilet had to be lifted so they could access that portion of the drain. After the toilet was replaced, the shut-off valve leaked, so I asked them to replace that also. The work that was done created quite a mess... BUT, when they were finished you would never know that. Everything was cleaned up so well and disinfected, it looked nice and smelled nice. The workmen were very professional and knowledgeable about their job. I will add this company to my contacts as a reliable source for repairs."

I felt he misdiagnosed the problem even though I told him that when I pushed down on the plunger it stopped running. He had a part in his truck to fix what he thought was the problem, but when the problem continued he came back the second time to fix the actual problem. I felt I could have easily replaced it with a new toilet for that cost. I'm willing to pay once for a $85 house call, but to charge me twice when I felt I had tipped him off as to the situation and he went another direction, he should have just charged me for the part only."

"I contacted Steve to see if he could assist with installing a new bathroom vanity. It seemed to me that the drain pipe and water lines would need rerouted. Steve came out and provided a verbal estimate and a date for return. Upon return we also noticed a leak from the toilet drain pipe. Steve was able to complete the work on the sink but needed to return the following day to repair the toilet. As the toilet was old he recommended to replace it, which we did.
