I had a clog in my main sewer line. The water in the toilet in my master bathroom wouldn't go down. I also had water and sewage that came up from my shower drain in my guest bathroom. I called Drain Surgeon around 8:30 AM. They were already booked today so we made an appointment for tomorrow morning. They called me around 1:00 PM and said they could be at my house in 30 minutes! I was ecstatic that they could be here today. The two guys were very efficient and figured out where to look for the clog pretty quickly. They were able to open up the clog (it was a lot of hair). They made sure that the toilets were flushing ok, and we also tried running the sink water and the shower. They were so very efficient! They were also very neat and tidy. The only things I had to clean up was from the initial mess before I called them, and I also had to move my boxes back in the basement (ha ha; I have way too much junk downstairs). I would highly recommend Drain Surgeon! A+++

I had called another service provider and they were giving me a hard time. They had wanted my credit card number before they went out to do the work. I felt uncomfortable with this. I cancelled that call and called Drain Surgeon last minute. They were more than willing to work with me and they took my payment after the work was done. He got out to the property earlier than promised and my tenant is very happy. It was excellent. It couldn't have been any better. I called them from out of the area and they were quick to get out there, easy to work with and they did a great job. I would recommend them. I talked to Nick over the phone and he was very friendly and professional. I told him I was an Angie's List member and he gave me a discount.

I did not know who to call and was a little apprehensive as I did not have anyone I felt I could trust. As a single woman (64), I am always concerned about any sort of service work and if the company is being honest. I found Drain Surgeon on Angie's list with 2 very good reviews and one from a couple of years ago that was not so good, but I decided to try them. They are located close to my home and agreed to call me at my office 15 min. before they would get to my house as I told them that is how long it would take me to get home. We both arrived at almost the exact same time and Tony and Nick were the 2 service techs that came. They were very polite, friendly and very respectful. I was comfortable with them and they did a great job and got the drain cleared with some sort of electric auger within about 15 minutes. They had accidentally broken a small piece of PVC pipe that goes into the wall but they replaced it and told me about it so that was a pleasant surprise as that showed me they were very honest.
I would highly recommend them and will use them for any future plumbing issues I may have.

The workers explained each step of their process - and discussed possible causes of the problem.

Another plumber came out from a different company and after about 30 minutes said that he couldn't fix the problem. He told us to call Drain Surgeon. So we did. They not only fixed the problem but charged us less than than the original company.

It went real well. They were a little expensive, but I guess that is the way plumbers are. They were competent. They came out and fixed it right away. The price was more than I thought it would be. There were two guys and they came in and got it done really quickly.

had them come to unplug my floor drain they could't reach the sewer line they had to tear up floor to get to the pipe the pipe had a hard ball in it and the pipe was corroded and closed off

I called him on a Sunday to talk thru the issues. He gave me several things to look for and try myself to make sure the sump pump was truely broken. I had already looked those up on the internet but really appreciated that he talked me thru that. We set up a time for him to come on Monday. He was here earlier afternoon. He spent about an hour installing the new pump. He was clean and quick. We are very pleased with his service.

Our meter is in a bad location and the pipes around it can be inadvertently hit if one moves things around in the utility room. So it was no surprise to one day find we had damaged the pipe and had a leak. Drain Surgeon came out that day and repaired it.
They did a good job and cleaned up after them selves.

It went great. The guys installed the water filter and we have not had any problems with sand in our water since. We were given instructions on how to change the filter.

There were leaks in our drains and Drain Surgeon fixed the problem.

I have been using them for 10 years, and they do a very good job. They are prompt and courteous. I would highly recommend them.

When I called for an estimate for the garage drain. they were on time found the problem before within 15 minutes. When they returned for the install of sink and toilet they were ontime, installed quickly and did a great job.

The trap had frozen then cracked so needed to be replaced. It was to a drain that was in a difficult location behind appliances. Drain Surgeon did a great job replacing it and did not over charge.
