I called Lincoln Plumbing for a blocked sewer line in my basement. The plumber was very professional and took care of the problem in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. In addition to cleaning out the sewage pipe the tech took pictures that showed the pipe was in bad shape. He suggested a slip line rather than replacing the sewer pipe. They also made me aware of the Mishawaka sewer insurance program. I was already paying monthly fees through the Mishawaka Utility Co. This allowed me to only have to pay $250.00 deductible for installing the slip line! This was never mentioned by previous plumbers I have ever hired. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that has plumbing problems in their home.

I called them on a Friday morning for an Airbnb home that was booked for guests arriving soon that would be staying for a week for a gulf tournament. I was in Texas at the time I received the news about the leaking toilet and my plumber was unavailable. I went on to Angie’s List and found them. They came out the same day and fixed the problem for less than I was quoted. Guess who my new plumber is from now on.

Everything was done very well. I'm just shocked at the price it was around $430 for the pump and they charged me $430 labor and they were in and out in less that an hour. I think that is taking advantage of customers to charge that kind of labor. There was clear space to work. There was not extra stuff to move out of the way. He just came in removed the old pump and installed the new one in less than hour.

They were good with scheduling and working through that. However, when I heard they charge $140/hour plus the cost of materials. I was quite shocked and even more so when they said they wanted to use 2 slots taking me immediately to the $300+ range. Because I was out of town and couldn’t make it there to do the work myself, I conceded. After the work was supposedly done, Gary texted me, he did not call. I hate this kind of communication when there is a lot to discuss. I was told that he used silicon and put the drain back in place. The trap was not realigned like I had asked. He told me that drain was leaking because of a piece of the flange being less than perfect. I have visibly seen and worked on the trap, and is NOT perpendicular to the drain. That was my next course of action. Now I am told that the fix that he did will likely not last because of flex in the pan of the shower, possibly due to a small crack. All in all, the work that I asked to be done was NOT done and they charged me $175.00 to put some silicon in the drain and screw the drain back together. This should have only taken probably 15 minutes to perform a job In a manner opposing my request! I am sorely disappointed! $175! Really?

I was charged a fair price for the work that was completed. The person was professional, and took care of it very quickly.

We had Lincoln come out about 3 months ago to clear the sewer in the basement. In only 2 weeks before the 90 day warranty, the sewer in the basement was filling. My mom called the company and told them about the situation. She then talked with the owner (Lisa) who told her that it would get taken care of today and what they would do. Bill (owner) and Jimmy came out half hour before the scheduled appointment that day. Bill explained everything and answered all of our questions. Bill was awesome and very helpful. We appreciate the quick work from Jimmy and Bill. Thank you for the fast repair and all the good information you provided.

Excellent! Was extremely pleased! Was a major project for us since that particular faucet had never been changed or repaired since the house was built in the '50s and not used for several years. But the were able to run a new line to the service line and replace it with no problems. This is the second time we have used Lincoln and they impressed me with their service and professionalism. I had to manage this repair from out-of-state and they made everything so convenient for me as if I was there. Very trustworthy and will use them again if needed.

Told me that they could not come out until they day after I called, which was fine. But I got lucky and they called back and said they could come out the afternoon of the day I called. Came out and did a good job at a fair price. Very professional, highly recommended.

Technician was knowledgeable and corrected the problem in less than 20 minutes. He also installed an elbow on the burst pipe that would enable me to fix it myself if it happens again. I couldn't have asked for better service.

1. Phone/photo estimate and scheduling--very professional. 2. Job took 2 hours to install 8 total foot of pex/fittings, lengthen existing drain line 3 feet, attach new valves. (Removed two original valves, solder new connections for pex.) 3. Surprised that it took 2 hours (and I had already disconnected lines/moved tub.) 4. Hot and cold pex and washer valves blue--not a problem, but I guess that is what was on the truck. Expected a red line and red-handled valve for hot. Had also expected valves to be near to each other (not 16" apart). Also a bit surprised to see zip-ties as hangers. 5. Attempt was made to anchor the tub to the wall. Was not successful (surprised that plumber would think that I would not notice). I will redo this properly. I hope that the anchors that are holding the new valves to the concrete hold. 6. Long two hours at $125/hr means $100 for parts unless a very slow drive is included. Even with mark-up, I find this hard to believe. 7. Having renovated houses myself and worked with contractors on a new home, thought I'd give myself a break for once. Certainly paid a premium and expected a bit more. 8. In photo below, blue pex, valves, copper connections to pex, and 3' of pvc drain is new. All else existing. 9. I agreed to the price and assumed job would reflect price/expectations/what one normally sees. My mistake.

Could not have asked for a more qualified, professional, courteous, timely... need I go on? outfit. Mother-in-law experienced a clogged tub drain. Attempted to play plumber with some name brand liquid drain cleaner which just made the matters worse and made the entire house stink. I used Angie's List to find a local plumber we can call out since I am 2+ hrs away and would not be able to take care of this issue for her myself. Gary arrived at the time they said they would come. He took care of the clogged drain and went beyond the drain to verify that the clog was not even past the tub line, which it was. There is no better feeling to know that you can trust someone from many miles away to handle a crisis in our absence. Thank you for the excellent service you provided my mother-in-law. I guess I can stay on her graces for a bit longer with your help. :-)

A good job as always. They were prompt, friendly and proffesional. They always do a good job. Even when it's late Friday afternoon. We didn't have the problem until around 4:45pm and they still came right over. My family and I have used them several times at different residences and have never had a problem.
