It was amazing how quickly they work. We hired Mario after we fired a previous handyman who didn't show up when he said and when he did start the work was so bad I had to tear it all up before it set. Mario fixed it up and made suggestions on direction of the tile that turned out so well. They were friendly and polite and we always felt we could trust them to be alone in the house. "Brady came and gave me an estimate.  They were able to start the work the next day.  It went quite well.  They ran into a slight problem in that some of the sub floor came up with the tile.  But it did not result in much of a price increase.  The floor was extremely uneven, but after they were finished, it was even and ready for us to install our floating floor.  They did a great job.
