Mike and Bill arrived promptly at 8:30a and introduced themselves, then began by protecting our wood floors. They rolled out blue plastic that stuck to the floor all the way from the garage to the bedroom walk-in closet access to the crawlspace. They worked well together, were courteous and friendly with us. As they began removing the old furnace they discovered a significant plumbing problem that could have caused us untold damage in the future; they took it in stride and fixed it even though it wasn't part of the job. Once the new unit was installed they tested it thoroughly, ran into an unexpected problem with existing wiring, yanked out the old wire and installed about 40 feet of new wire. This long, hot day's work took them until 4:30p without a break, but they stayed positive and left the house immaculate. We have absolutely no reason to ever call anyone but McCoy for HVAC issues.

McCoy's did not come in with the best price, but I felt they had the better value with brand, efficiency, method of installation... They wanted to really work with me instead of providing a one-size fits all. I was a bit disappointed that they weren't able to complete the A/C installation on the first trip, but the weather was too cold so they returned on a warmer day. I watched the entire installation and they were very thorough, even to the point of adjusting the blower speed to the house size. Once complete everything worked flawlessly.

The gentleman came in, inspected the furnace and told me he had found two parts that were bad. Both very close to being done in their "life cycle", he replaced those and the furnace filter.

They are excellent. We've used them before and they're really good, too. They're just good people. They're just honest and do good work.

They were quite professional about the installation. However I asked them to put on an extra filter during the installation but they put on an odd sized filter which made it difficult to buy a new one.

They responded very quickly. They are very reliable and I have used them at least 3 times in the past. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Phoned McCoy's about noon after searching and phoning several options from Angies' list. Price was lower than Wilds who originally installed the furnace and who didn't even want to come out and service it. McCoy's said they probably could not get out till next day, however I got a call from their tech late that evening and he came over and had the thing running within an hour. He was systematic in his diagnosis and obviously experienced and knowledgeable. McCoys' also replaced a few broken comb dividers in the filter housing at no charge as they honor a lifetime warranty on them even though I didn't purchase the unit from them. They also sent someone over a few days later who gave me free estimates for upgrading my house air conditioner condenser and for installing a new gas heater to heat my freezing garage. The only complaint I have is misleading advertising on their website that implies free repairs/assessments.

They were very helpful and continued to service our heating and air conditioning units. We have an older house and had to do a lot of construction to get the ducts in. We had had a gravity furnace from the 1920s and they were very patient in removing this and upgrading our systems. They were very pragmatic in the ideas they had and personable to work with. They have also come out quickly in response to any furnace issues we had.
