The repair technician, Joe Braswel was friendly, very informative. Joe was very quick and careful in performing the repair.
Ed arrived and went straight to work. He did excellent job, even sweeping the floor in the area where water leaking from the crack would accumulate. There was a heavy rain the next day and the repair didn't allow not a drop of water in.
