For that reason the work took 3 days rather than two. The work site was left clean when finished. The eco seal sheeting on the basement walls really made a difference in the look and the damp smell. We decided on the AquaStop Basement Triple Sump Pump fitted to the existing drain tile. With a deposit on the day of inspection, we were also able to finance the remainder of the cost, which helps us get through tax time. On the day of the install, Jacob called as promised to advise us of their estimated arrival time. The crew, Jacob, Dustin, Cesar, and Jaden, were efficient and responsive to questions. "They were on time, they had to dig a hole in the basement floor and dig a communication with another drain as well. They covered carpet and sealed off the wrk area for dust during the jackhammering. They dug a trench through the front yard for the drain system and put everything back, you can barely tell what happened. Cleaned up, everyone was nice and professional. Very pleased."

"Salesperson was overconfident and slightly pushy. They had to push back our project over 2 weeks after it was scheduled. They cut down many shrubs and left the mess for us to clean up and dispose of. We were told they would cover all of our belongings prior to starting. They only covered about 1/3 of the items in the basement and everything that wasn't covered was left a mess. The installers did not complete the entire project in the way we were told it would be done. Still waiting for Spring to make sure the basement doesn't leak, may revise my review after ensuring it is truly water proofed."
