He discussed what we should consider and helped us pick out the right scope of work for our house and budget. When their team came to do the work, they were professional, handled the job quickly and respectively (which was a huge plus as we had a toddler in the house at the time). They sealed off the part of the house they were working on to limit any dust/dirt from where they were working getting anywhere else. We were very impressed. Our house is a tri-level, so having them waterproof ensured we got to use all our house as intended. Our downstairs is our main family area, and we use it now with no worries. But I can tell from the inside of the house that my floor is more solid and I have less cold air entering my home from the insulating they did. Workers were nice and courteous. "It was a Big Deal purchase. There were 'goods and bads' about the service. We paid the $69 twice--we used one of the $69 at my house and then the other one at my daughter's house. What I like about them is that they still honored the offer even though we went beyond the date range. The minus is that the quality of work was not professional quality; it was an okay quality. The pricing was really good and it was the main driver. I would give them a "B" on the Overall but my daughter would probably disagree with me. She was not as happy and she would probably bump at a grade lower than that. The guy was pretty responsive but we had to wait on a few different times. Perhaps I would use them again."
