"They were great to work with from beginning to end. They had a rep come out quickly to inspect our house and gave us several options on how we could proceed after our lower level flooded. He discussed what we should consider and helped us pick out the right scope of work for our house and budget. When their team came to do the work, they were professional, handled the job quickly and respectively (which was a huge plus as we had a toddler in the house at the time). They sealed off the part of the house they were working on to limit any dust/dirt from where they were working getting anywhere else. We were very impressed. Our house is a tri-level, so having them waterproof ensured we got to use all our house as intended. Our downstairs is our main family area, and we use it now with no worries. "This was the 4th buainess I contacted, gotta say he knew more about what he was here for and checked entire house and outside before giving me an estimate. He also checked for aur qaulity and any mold, explaining as he went along. The first business man didnt want to even look inside house where wayer came in. "As far as I know the work is good. I haven t been under the house to look yet. I m waiting for it to dry out and warm up. But I can tell from the inside of the house that my floor is more solid and I have less cold air entering my home from the insulating they did. Workers were nice and courteous. I do feel like if I have a problem that they will address it honorably."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"It was a Big Deal purchase. There were 'goods and bads' about the service. We paid the $69 twice--we used one of the $69 at my house and then the other one at my daughter's house. What I like about them is that they still honored the offer even though we went beyond the date range. The minus is that the quality of work was not professional quality; it was an okay quality. The pricing was really good and it was the main driver. I would give them a "B" on the Overall but my daughter would probably disagree with me. She was not as happy and she would probably bump at a grade lower than that. The guy was pretty responsive but we had to wait on a few different times. Perhaps I would use them again."
