01/2023 Worst experience of our lives & not over yet. Contract signed & $15,000 down payment September 2021. Bob, salesman, assured a top-quality construction crew & we’d be enjoying our room by Memorial Day 2022. NOPE. Paul, construction project manager never around, no communication, no show/no call & only show up for a check. Large sums due at certain steps of project. Incompetent crew would show up for a couple of hours, do a few things to get project to point of receiving next payment. September 2022 Paul showed for last large check, assured us our project would be done by October. We joked about losing leverage with last large payment. Entire project not one thing done has been done correct first try: from deck on up. Crews have been incompetent from construction to overpriced electrician they sent out without our input & who we fired & paid our own guy to finish, to the terrible rude drywall installer (Paul’s brother). Outside our room is only 50% done & part of that is not done correct; crooked siding; treks-porch & steps not flushed, only two of five gutters up & leak & underground drainage not even started. Inside of room we are still waiting for the moldings, trim work, & knee wall top to be mounted (we have it all painted and ready to go). Contacted Paul several times to no avail. Plus, interior damage they caused still to be repaired by them. Outside will be a fight with them in the spring. Believe our $58,000 went to complete the client before us, who I’m sure was speaking with lawyers as we are. Bottom line, don’t do it. Our joy of a beautiful addition is now a sad, frustration we live with every day. Not to mention we are a laughingstock of everyone we know. Run

Jerrod Thomason, the owner of Superior Home Building, did a complete remodel of our house including a new addition. He did the work while we spent the winter in FL. I contacted him based on the outstanding reviews on Angie's list. We did not meet him until the job was well under way. Everything was done by phone, email, and FaceTime. We couldn't have been more pleased with the result. I would recommend Jerod for any job. He was outstanding!! Our job included: new roof, new siding, new gutters & down spouts, replace all windows, new flooring, new lighting and electrical, new plumbing, seal walls and waterproof basement, paint every room and ceiling in the house. Also a complete remodel of the kitchen, bathroom, utility room, closets, and an addition which included a large new bathroom, walk-in closet and storage area. Use Superior Home Building you won't regret it!

I first contacted 4 Seasons in May 2013, and Justin Brisboy was very prompt in responding. Please be aware that Justin has a habit of calling and not identifying himself, so don't be surprised. Otherwise he was very gracious and attentive. On his first visit he took measurements, showed me what the porch would look like and we planned the placement of the porch. When I asked about replacing the family room french doors with a sliding window wall and getting my basement windows replaced due to settling of the house and buckling of the frames. The door and windows were custom, as was the porch. Apparently Mr. Bisboy has the reputation of planning the largest porch that he can for his clients, according to the builders! He ordered all the parts for the porch, door and windows that day, but it took over a month for all the pieces to arrive. Once they did, the building took about a week. The men who did the actual installation were very professional. They tied in the porch roof with the original roof seamlessly, with no leaks over these past 6 months. The floor is apparently a new idea as they usually put in outdoor carpeting. My floor is a hardwood look-alike with rubber backing that is very quiet to walk on and has held up very well. Overall I am quite satisfied with the service and the promptness. Any delays were related to obtaining the materials, which is nothing that 4 Seasons can control. Otherwise they did an excellent job

Doug came and gave me an estimate and went over the plans with me. Al and Wayne showed up on Monday AM and went right to work, all the while answering any questions I had. The transformation went very fast and they had no problems tweaking little things I asked for ex. cut this in a little more.

FLOOR PARTS ARRIVED 3 WEEKS BEFORE WORK STARTED. ONCE CONSTRUCTION STARTED, IT WENT SMOOTHLY, WITH FINISHING TOUCHES COMPLETED A WEEK AND A HALF LATER. CREW CLEANED UP WORK AREA AND WERE FOCUSED ON THEIR WORK.

Installers were timely, respectful of my home (removed shoes, ask permiss, on to use restroom, protected floors w/drop cloth-vacuumed up any dirt etc. Patio door project too a lot of work-they did a great job!! :) Expensive but great quality & good warranty

All of the workers come on time, they are polite and helpful and do an excellent job. The siding on the house is complete and they did an excellent job, including extras such as attic vents that we did not even know they were going to do. The are careful to make sure they don't make a mess anywhere and pick up each day before they leave. Although we offered them the use of a bathroom, they do not use it and do not ask for anything (like a glass of water even on the hottest days). They are very responsive to all of our concerns and go the extra mile. The cost for the work they are doing is extremely good, much less than others in the same field. Although the sunroom is not yet complete, if they complete the work the way they started it, I will be thrilled. I will let you all know. In the future, if I had anything that needed doing in the home remodeling or repair field, I would call Matt. I recommend him to anyone who needs work done in this area

When we realized traffic flow in the room would be a problem the way the exterior doors were designed to function, Jeff Anderman had the doors and electrical service changed over at no additional cost to be sure everything about our room was right.
