"Bill arrived on time and was very courteous and professional.  Did an excellent job of cleaning the coils on the outside compressor unit.  Never thought they would be so dirty.  Then he took the time to help me level the unit as it had settled over the years.  This was above and beyond what this service called for.

He spent 3 hours at our house completing the following: installed a new toilet, installed a new electrical outlet, installed a new water line to our refrigerator, glued intake and exhaust PVC pipes on our furnace, minor repair to our garage door and repaired a few spots on our roof that needed tar to prevent leaking. "I've had them for probably a year. I had to have them come out once and they were very good. They were excellent. They did what they said. One of the things they fixed didn't work so well and they came back immediately. It was on a garbage disposal, but they were excellent. I haven't run into any problems. The quality of work is excellent. Nice people come out. It was fine. Everything worked out really well with them. I wish it was cheaper, but what am I going to do? It's within my reach. I'm retired and I don't have a budget. It's still reachable. It's understandable, even though you don't want that."
