"Hello [Member Name Removed], This is extremely unfair considering that you guys called us LAST minute to tell us you were not ready to move that day and we had to reschedule. There is an inconvenience fee of $100 and we asked you if we could get a new date that works better for us plus we would waive the inconvenience fee, and you guys agreed right away. Regarding blankets, all are in your storage unit! Our movers waited 45 minutes for your family member to arrive and open the storage unit. Yes, the main office is in Maryland and we have a crew in Chicago as well; that's about the only thing true and honest in this review."
