Out of 300 pieces inclusive of furniture and boxes I had one broken glass top which they offered to pay for. Here’s some advice: #1 Have them come a see what you are moving to get an accurate price. I had a surprise increase on move day but it was my fault because I underestimated the amount of boxes and items to be moved. #2 Beware of the tip at the end. While it was well deserved, it was more than I was prepared to pay at that time. They are looking for 20% so each guy gets something. I would ask, are there any additional fees or monetary expectations.
