"Melissa from Mrs. Clean Cleaning does a fabulous job. She has been cleaning my house since last September and I have always been happy with the results. I recently had her clean my windows in addition to a regular cleaning and she did a fabulous job, cleaning my windows and sills. I would highly recommend her."

"Iâ ve been using them since the begging, hard workers, honest, and fair with price. They clean our house every other week, and its work is just 5 starts. Also they power wash the out side of our house once a year. I highly recommend."

"Claudia did a great job cleaning my house before I moved into it. She was quick to get to my house and got to work. She even cleaned the burnt on grease from the glass oven door! She saved me a lot of time though I wish the price wasn’t so high, but I considered that to be a last minute fee. She did great and would recommend her for cleaning before you move into your new home."

Sonic Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Regular cleaning, inspecting for peeling or rust, and reapplying coatings every 8-12 years helps maintain durability.

You could void your roof warranty using a power washer if you have a newer roof. With an older roof, you could knock loose older shingles. On the other hand, some people safely use a pressure washer to remove moss from a metal roof. Although you may want to use a pressure washer, the truth is that you probably don’t need it to knock moss loose. A garden hose and brush will do the job just fine and in a safer manner than a pressure washer.

The best time to clean the outside of your house is during your outdoor spring cleaning. Wait until late spring, after the wave of pollen is done coating your home. You can also wash your house in late fall–before the first freeze–to remove leaves and branches from the gutters.

The average cost to clean a roof is around $500, but prices can fall between $150 to $1,000 or more. The size and complexity of your roof are the most significant cost factors, as larger roofs and those with various bump-outs and gables will increase your cost. Your roof material will also make a difference. An asphalt roof will require more labor, as your professional will need to be careful not to damage the shingles. A metal roof can stand up to more intense scrubbing and shouldn’t take as long to clean.

Leaving a significant amount of snow on your roof can be risky. Most roofs are designed to handle about 20 pounds per square foot of snow, but exceeding this limit can lead to a roof collapse. A collapse can cause severe damage to your home and belongings and poses a physical danger to anyone inside. Furthermore, heavy snow accumulation increases the risk of ice dams, which can cause leaks and water damage to your roof, attic, and interior walls.
