Our project did not work out as we did encounter some structural limitations - he kindly backtracked and finish off the work with clean smooth results. "I found Greg to be both knowledgeable and responsive. He designed and built a sunroom addition, which is now my favorite part of our home. His crew was respectful and diligent. Most of them and his subs were well qualified, but a few needed greater supervision. The project took longer to complete than contracted for, but was not significantly delayed, especially considering that it was undertaken during the height of the pandemic. The design was well thought out, and most of the work well executed, though some of it needed returns and fixing (which Greg did). On the whole, Greg is a hard worker, and the sunroom adds considerably to our enjoyment of the house."

"Art was able to quickly come to my condo to look at the job. Right away he made sure to take a lot of measurements and notes. His quote was the most reasonable one I received. The work was completed quickly and thoroughly, and Art was communicative and responsive throughout, even on weekends. The work looks beautiful but I can't speak to the quality just yet because I haven't started painting etc, but I do not anticipate there being any issues. He was also able to complete extra drywalling on the fly that I found in the middle of the project, for a reasonable price as well. Would definitely recommend and will be using his services in the future if needed."
