"While the quality of work and clean up performed by the crew was outstanding and Iâ m pleased with the finished product the crew didnâ t arrive until almost 11 and didnâ t leave until 9 PM. While I appreciate the goal of a new bathtub/shower replaced in as little as a day working until 9 PM is not acceptable. When setting up the appointment it needs to be stated very clearly what the expectations are for the day. As I said, Iâ m very happy with the finished product but 20k which includes no installation cost is way too much for what was actually provided."

"We had gotten a very high quote from a national chain for a kitchen makeover. We contacted Eric and his quote was much more in line with our budget. He did an amazing job and is a talented builder. He even did some extras like wiring a light and switch, installing an over the range microwave and putting up wainscoating in the dining room.
