"While the quality of work and clean up performed by the crew was outstanding and Iâ m pleased with the finished product the crew didnâ t arrive until almost 11 and didnâ t leave until 9 PM. While I appreciate the goal of a new bathtub/shower replaced in as little as a day working until 9 PM is not acceptable. When setting up the appointment it needs to be stated very clearly what the expectations are for the day. As I said, Iâ m very happy with the finished product but 20k which includes no installation cost is way too much for what was actually provided."

Kevin replaced a scary exterior electrical outlet and power cord that powers a pool pump. The power cord was coming out of the ground and arcing and the old outlet was melted around a socket. Not good. Kevin fixed it right up and replaced and greatly improved the whole set up, including installing an exterior outlet and switch that are both protected by the weather.
