"I normally would have given D&T Hardwood Floor five stars, they did a beautiful job restoring the hardwood floors in my bedroom, which were almost 60 years old! However, I have a bifold closet door which they had to partially dismantle to allow more space for their power sander....and then when the job was completed, they did not put the door back together, and apparently "lost" of of the parts that is needed for the door to operate correctly. Two phone calls and a text message to Vu have thus far failed to resolve this issue, Bottom line: I would highly recommend Vu and his team. They were extrenely efficient in their work and very careful of the areas surrounding the bedroom. The finished product was outstanding! Before presenting payment however, make sure that anything that they had to dismantle is put back together."

"We have hired him twice. We were thrilled with his work both times! In this last job, he repaired a large hump in our hardwood floor that came about due to moisture. He was able to pull up the boards, fix the subfloor, and then put the boards back and refinish the entire 15'8"' x 18'3" floor. Price was more than reasonable. He and his crew did all of this work in less that a day. I'd give him 10 stars if I could! Highly recommend."

"I received a call back from Richard within 4 hours of sending an e-mail asking for help with a slow-draining and unusable toilet.  He sent Jim to my house that afternoon and the problem was fixed within 2 hours at a very reasonable cost.  Jim found a plastic air freshener that had been dropped into the toilet (likely by my 2 yr old) and had gotten stuck in the drain.  He had to pull the toilet off the floor and push the item back through the drain, which was difficult since it had gotten stuck during all my forceful attempts to snake the toilet.  He also made sure to replace the filler valve when the water wouldn't stop flowing.  They even arranged to let me pay via PayPal when I couldn't find my checkbook.  What more can you ask than a fast response, a job well done, a reasonable price, and flexibility when doing business?  My experience was top notch and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for any future repairs or projects."
