Ken Card Foundations specializes in concrete foundations, floors, slabs & decorative concrete but we have the ability to do many other things as you will see in our "services offered" section. We have a solid crew of 5 but have multiple people that will sub in depending on job. The usual procedure after receiving your first call is to come out & give a bid on the job. Upon agreeing on the price, we will immediately (within that day or the next) start the job. We are a fully insured and licensed company that gets the job done quickly & efficiently. We have a reputation of putting out a top notch, quality product every time. Every job is different so I can't give you any kind of solid price on here without knowing what it is you want. We have 2 divisions within the company, Basement Authorities which specializes in basement waterproofing, structural foundation repair, dehumidification and helical piering and NuRock Creations which specializes in Decorative concrete, outdoor living, decorative hand carved structural retaining walls, and flat work.

"It has two years of trying to work with Robert Nelson of RWN over simple installation of stairs. In emails he said he would remove the and redo the steps but he never returned. Steps were supposed to replicate in color and texture of two granite steps in place. As you can see in the photo they aren't. Frustrated I asked Small Claims court to help. Thankfully they did and in my favor."
