As an example, we had a very complex main sewer leak in an old house with many drains feeding in, and Rob developed the most efficient solution that was superior to the existing main set-up, and it will last for decades. He also thought creatively in putting in an instant-on water heater where there was limited space in the house and created an excellent system there as well. He's also thought of commonsense ways for us to better winterize our plumbing, and more. Simply said, although I don't want to share Rob ..., for the greater good, I have to. He's excellent at what he does and will be our plumber moving forward."

"Kevin called me the same day I posted the pro request. I scheduled him to come by to do a quote two days later and hired him at that point. Kevin replaced a scary exterior electrical outlet and power cord that powers a pool pump. The power cord was coming out of the ground and arcing and the old outlet was melted around a socket. Not good. Kevin fixed it right up and replaced and greatly improved the whole set up, including installing an exterior outlet and switch that are both protected by the weather. Very impressed and will hire Kevin again."

Other guys started right in talking about big money to replace pump etc. I talked to Quincy on the phone and he was the only one who wanted to come out and actually diagnose the problem. Turned out it was just a bad pressure switch. He ended up replacing the pressure switch and the pressure tank because is was old and not in good shape. "We contacted Richard regarding the job, and had a quote back within the week - good quote.  He quickly responded to any questions  we had, and scheduled the work.  They completed the demo in one day, a few days before the cabinets showed up - if I had to do this again, I would hold off on the demolition until the cabinets were in, as it is difficult to live without a kitchen, especially with children.  It took approximately two weeks for the kitchen to be completed, with slight delays due to a damaged cabinet, time for the new countertops to set, appliance delivery, etc.  One hitch developed when the dishwasher was hooked up incorrectly, and water ran into my basement - I called Richard, and once I got through the answering service, he contacted the plumber, and we resolved the problem immediately over the phone, and the plumber was at my house at 8 the next morning ( a Saturday of a holiday weekend) to permanently fix the problem.  At the end of the two weeks, we had a great new kitchen, well installed, and we were thrilled!"
