They were great to work with. Both Owen and Tim are very nice. They answered all of my questions and fixed my bath tub leak and heating problem. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a great plumber.

O' Keefe was very good but as always its good to work with your contractors for best results. There were more directions taken due to being unfamiliar so as I will repeat always make sure you offer as much information and knowledge as possible in order to yield the best results.

To the point of what the problem is and how to Solve it, not like other companies that will find every little if and or but to charge you more money.

Simple...just needed to relight my fireplace pilot. Timothy O'Keefe walked me through it on the phone, took his time, explained it all....no charge. Would definitely recommend him...a good man, helping someone else out...when I need a plumber, he's my choice!

Quick and professional job

HIghly professional service. Job was completed in a timely fashion and the work was outstanding including clean-up.

It was a emergency on the week end and O'Keeffe was there in an hour from the initial call. He surveyed the problem ith the igniter, fixed it and cleaned out the fire area of the unit. He also was ery thorough and examined the whle watere for other problems. Non were found. All throughout the repair process he explained what he was doing in clear terms anyone could understand. He had all the tool on hand for the job, finished efficiently and left the area clean and neat. I would call on him again for all my plumbing and HVAC needs. I recommend him to everyone.

They called within five minutes, and came to my house within ten minutes. They had a new hot water heater in place within three hours. They were very smooth and professional. Too bad that the hot water heater got dented a little during the installation. I plan on hiring this company to do future projects.
