"Fantastic! We were in a bind when my tenant called with no water. I called Randy on a Saturday afternoon, Memorial Day weekend and within a couple of hours he replied that he would be there first thing in the morning...ON A SUNDAY!! Sure enough, he and his dad showed up around 8am, assessed the problem (old worn out well pump and leaking pressure tank) and by 9:15 had both units replaced and working with all new electrical line run from the well head to the pump. Fair price and unbelievable service! I couldn't recommend him more enthusiastically! I'll definitely be calling him for some new construction projects we have going."

"I hired Cloud 9 to remove my tub and install a walk in shower. From the initial meeting with Jeff, planning the project, to the actual install by "the 2 Rons", this company was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and helpful in providing me with options to meet my personal needs. I would not hesitate to recommend this company!! Their customer service was on a level you rarely see anymore!"

"Very good. Seth quickly found the problem, got the leak resolved (shut off that a previous plumber missed). The cassette (internal mechanism) was replaced and new handle installed. Thank you!"

"Very highly recommended! These guys showed up on-time, on short-notice, with great attitudes/work-ethic, and exhibited outstanding technical know-how! It's great to feel like a valued customer again! I've definitely found my NEW plumbers!"

"I am so happy with these guys. We had sewage back up in our basement (yes the worst stuff you can imagine) and we needed someone immediately. I called a different provider on this list at 9:30 am and waited until 3:00pm and got not even a callback. I came back to Angie's list and found EcoClean. I called them at 3:15 and they were at my house by 4:00. They opened up the clean outs, diagnosed the problem and performed some cleanup. Everything was fixed by 5:00. I am very impressed with the immediate response I received and highly recommend them. Also, I thought it was a good price.
