Preferred Pavers

Preferred Pavers has very poor communication and follow-up skills as it pertains to warranty repair work. This is an email I sent to them on May 20th with still no response. as of today May 27th. "Hello Bruce, Terri, I have tried over the last 2+ months to contact you to arrange for warranty repair work (fireplace repairs and re-sanding in certain areas) but no one has responded to any of my emails or voice mails that I have left/sent. Here is a summary of my attempts to contact you: 5/19/2023 left voicemail 727-378-8528, 2:24 pm 4/13/2023 left voicemail 813-995-9432, 4:34 pm 4/2/2023 sent email to [email protected] 3/10/2023 sent email to [email protected] Perhaps we can talk one evening this week so we can discuss next steps. As a professional like you, your response would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Dan F. As of today, I have filed a BBB complaint asking for restitution of the cost of the fire pit.

It's been about a year since Preferred Pavers installed our driveway and looks as good as new. Bruce is a great person to work with and what he said would be done was done. They cleaned up once the job was done and later came back to seal the pavers. The pavers enhanced the width and appearance of our driveway and could not have asked for more or a better job. We are extremely happy with the work and have referred neighbors to Preferred Pavers. Great job! Jerry U

Bruce was amazing to work with. He coordinated the construction and his crew was very professional. They were on time and cleaned up after they were finished. My new patio pavers are absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend Preferred Pavers.

Unbelievably horrible job! Pavers were falling apart after a week. They did not use enough sand, mortar And used cheap products, did not seal the pavers. My two door pads have been redone two times And they keep falling apart , and they are blaming it on my dogs. They told me to not walk on my pavers for 24 hours and we did not. When I walk on the pavers on the door pads they fall off and it is vey dangerous. They damaged my pool tremendously when they did the coping, broke the tiles uneven and their are sharp edges making dangerous to swim. They installed my drains incorrectly and made the pavers to high and I am tripping over them. It is very dangerous. They left a palette on the side of my house With leftover pavers, sand and cement and damaged my grass. My Bf had to get rid of everything. I was waiting a month for them to come back, With nasty excuses from the office. When they said they were finally coming and they never showed up. I have had 3 paver come to see the work that was done and they all agreed it was a horrible job. I now have to spend a lot of money to fix their horrible work!

Bruce came out and gave us a fair estimate on a new patio. The job was done on time and came out great. I would highly recommend Bruce and the Preferred Pavers team. Since he completed our job, I have recommended them to two friends and he did a great job for them as well.

If there was a rating of 10 I would have chosen that!! the job was started and completed as promised. The crew was great! The product is really nice!

The crew was dealing with the aftermath of a traffic accident and the weather. Could have been more attentive to customer questions on better days.

Have been looking for someone to do a small paving job. No one wants little jobs. Bruce called me and we talked and he is more than willing to help me out. He does good quality work and the customer service and price are great!

Materials were delivered to my driveway, Hurricane Irma came through so the job didn't really start until several weeks later. Once the crew arrived, they worked from sun up until 6PM, two days straight and WOW! What a beautiful job they did for me! I couldn't be happier with the workmanship and feel that the money spent on my fire pit patio was an incredibly worth while investment in my home. Neighbor's are coming over to praise the job and I'm certain these guys at CDS will get many referrals from this project. I chose the best company, based upon their workmanship; they weren't the cheapest, but I'm convinced they're the best at what they do!

A great job - pavers look great. Waiting for them to come back with a cover extension. Overall very satisfied.

Delay was in getting the supply of pavers, other than that they came in and out in 2 days and had everything down and sealed and cleaned up all rubble. Will be using them again to do around the pool this time. Huge improvement.

Our patio looks beautiful. Very straight forward and easy to work with. They helped us come up with a design that we love. The price was better than anywhere else we received quotes from. They were able to get our patio completed sooner than they anticipated during the quote.

A great job

I needed pavers for my back patio before Christmas and I called Bruce just 2 weeks before. Not only did he come through and get the job done, he did it earlier than expected and still was able to take time to answer my calls with any questions I had. He was courteous and professional. One of the best contractors I have ever worked with. The finished product was even more beautiful than we had envisioned and it really scored me points with the in-laws!
