"Prompt, reasonable and professional. Good crew. Came up with great ideas on other projects I have in mind. Love my new ceiling, they fixed all the rot in my subfloors and prepped for new flooring. Many doorways feature two door jambs. These are installed on both sides of a doorway to prevent the door from swinging too far. No, you cannot install a door without a jamb. The jamb is where the hinges, strike plate, and trim are attached. While both sides of a front door should get painted for aesthetic reasons, you don’t have to do each side at the same time.
