"Josh installed a new water heater, provided us with instructions on proper use and maintenance and has serviced it since. He is honest, thorough, and trustworthy. He also maintains my dad’s HVAC needs too. He has come out for emergency calls too. Suggest things to prevent future additional repair expenses. Unlike other places that install and you never hear from again, Cam, David, and crew make sure your heat pump stays in tip top shape with yearly cleanings. They even offered to clean a unit that another contractor put in a year prior who refused to come clean it. "It was late at night when we realized our water heater blew and flooded our basement like a swimming pool. We had to find a plumber and fast. we came across SWB he was out here within 30 minutes from our call the job he did was impeccable. Heat pump works great and they were able to direct me to an Effeciency Maine site where I received a substantial discount on the installation, equipment and cleaning plan!!
