"Josh installed a new water heater, provided us with instructions on proper use and maintenance and has serviced it since. He is honest, thorough, and trustworthy. He also maintains my dad’s HVAC needs too. He has come out for emergency calls too. Suggest things to prevent future additional repair expenses. "Techs were very nice. Took time to put mats down on my carpets to keep them clean. Explained how to operate the heat pump and gave suggestions on how to make it function most efficiently.
