"Josh installed a new water heater, provided us with instructions on proper use and maintenance and has serviced it since. He is honest, thorough, and trustworthy. He also maintains my dad’s HVAC needs too. He has come out for emergency calls too. Suggest things to prevent future additional repair expenses. His prices are reasonable, especially for the personal, friendly customer service and service provided. I would highly recommend Northwoods HVAC."

Unlike other places that install and you never hear from again, Cam, David, and crew make sure your heat pump stays in tip top shape with yearly cleanings. They even offered to clean a unit that another contractor put in a year prior who refused to come clean it. "It was late at night when we realized our water heater blew and flooded our basement like a swimming pool. We had to find a plumber and fast. we came across SWB he was out here within 30 minutes from our call the job he did was impeccable. He went above and beyond he went and got us a new water heater, installed it, and then stuck around to help us clean up, Since then we’ve used him for several other projects. Every time the professionalism came with him I would highly recommend him 100%."

"Techs were very nice. Took time to put mats down on my carpets to keep them clean. Explained how to operate the heat pump and gave suggestions on how to make it function most efficiently.
