Since then, I have kept up with both skills for the majority of my life. Professionally, I have painted houses, both interior and exterior since I was a teenager and have recently decided run my own jobs. We are a small 2 person crew at the moment....small jobs we ask for 1/2 up front which is used for materials needed and for our labor. Larger jobs we ask for 1/3 to 1/2 up front depending on project being done.
