Right in the middle of the job, we changed our minds and wanted to add on the hallway. He was gracious about our decision to add another room of refinishing and worked it into his schedule. "Lloyd and Brad did a wonderful job! They helped up with the design of the walk-in shower and the addition of a small linen closet in our master bathroom. The area was unfinished when we purchased the home recently, but now it looks amazing. We now have a beautiful walk-in shower with porcelain tile, glass accents, a marble bench, and a unique grab-bar. We are beyond thrilled with the final result. The bathroom they worked on is on the second floor with the only access being up a spiral staircase. They had to go up and down that staircase for all of their tile cutting, but did it with good humor:-) They work so well together that they are a pleasure to have in the home. They even helped my husband move a piece of furniture from the first floor to the second floor! I highly recommend this company for any tile work of bathroom/kitchen remodeling. "I highly recommend Richard from Tomahawk flooring. I hired them to do carpet installation at a rental property in Westbrook. Lowe’s ended up losing the carpeting I had purchased a few weeks prior and delivered other very inferior carpeting instead. Richard was able to secure new high quality carpeting for me the next day and sold it to me at a fair price. They completed a tricky installation (large odd-shaped room with 2 closets as well as a winding staircase) quickly and professionally. Richard’s team did such a great job on the carpeting that I hired them to replace a vinyl plank floor in my Scarborough home with hardwood. Again, the job was done quickly and professionally, working well into the evening hours so it would be done for me for Easter! I couldn’t be happier with Richard and Tomahawk flooring."

"Anthony and his team at Reliable Hardwood Flooring refinished all the wood floors in our new home before we moved in. Three coats of Nordic sealer (to help lighten the wood) and two coats of a comm. matt polyurethane. They are absolutely stunning, and we have had several compliments from friends! Anthony and his team worked with a sense of urgency, showed total professionalism and stand by their work. They possess incredible work ethic and do everything in their power to make sure that the customer is totally satisfied. They have nothing but complete respect for their customers. With our floors, there were several damaged areas that they went above and beyond to fix, and the floors look like the damage was never there! We highly recommend Reliable Hardwood Flooring! "In November 2024, I signed a contract for bathroom work to replace the tub, shower walls, fixtures, install a glass piece and floor. Where upon I gave a 1/3 deposit. The contract stated that work was to begin on January 6,2025. It did not start till February 19th, but was not notified till I called to confirm the start the date was on schedule. I gave another 1/3 payment when work started on the 19th. Work was completed except for the glass piece where upon I gave a final payment of 1/3, minus $500 for glass and rod installation, and finish trim around shower walls. After inspection of the job, I found it to be very unsatisfactory, plus several damages to my walls, woodwork and stains on carpets. I made several attempts from February-May to contact Bath Flip to get work completed and got no response. The glass piece was finally installed in April. So here it is 6 months later, and my bathroom work is still not completed. I have spent hours cleaning and patching walls. "
