He also thought creatively in putting in an instant-on water heater where there was limited space in the house and created an excellent system there as well. Other guys started right in talking about big money to replace pump etc. I talked to Quincy on the phone and he was the only one who wanted to come out and actually diagnose the problem. Turned out it was just a bad pressure switch. He ended up replacing the pressure switch and the pressure tank because is was old and not in good shape. "I called NE Renovations to book a plumber to come to my house to assess a water leak.  I left a voice mail message and Richard returned my phone call within the hour.  I explained my problem to him, he stated that they could definitely help me, and he came out the house the following morning.  Richard assessed the situation, determined that it appeared to be an isolated pressure leak issue, adjusted the drain hose to the washer, and told me that he did not believe the problem would happen again.  He stated that if it did, he could send someone out immediately.  Richard was correct and the problem has not happened again  I really appreciate Richard's prompt response.  I appreciate, even more, his honest response.  He did not try to "create a job" for his company where one was not really needed.  Richard did not charge me anything for his visit and time at my house checking out the leak and adjusting the drain hose.  Richard was very professional and friendly.  I intend on booking his company for some additional work around the house.  I was very satisfied with my experience and would recommend him."
