But then he kept pulling his 'project lead' from our kitchen/bathroom renovation for other jobs and did not prioritize us. The plumber left uncompleted work after paying thousands of dollars. B purchased expensive equipment from our second payment instead of putting our money toward the project, which resulted in him not being fiscally capable of completing the work. What was supposed to be a 3-4 week renovation in May became multiple months and unsatisfactory result. He then asked for final payment before completion, threatened to sue, and acted unprofessionally when we put our foot down.
