Warren estimated 3 weeks to complete the drywall project. He completed both drywall and an additional drop ceiling project, all in that 3 week period. His crews were very efficient, professional and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Warren and his Best Co. for any work types that they routinely do. Other contractors wouldnà ¢ t even call me back, Warren was always courteous and responsive.

I almost donâ t want to leave this review because I want to keep them a secret for myself... Warren and his team are top notch. Hired them to basically remodel our entire condo: New floors, new counters, paint walls and ceilings, cabinet painting, light fixtures and ceiling fans, new toilets, hardwood stairs, you name it. Not only was the work done professionally, Warren communicated with me frequently, and he ALWAYS responded. Being an out of state owner, this was critical for me, and he really delivered. Very organized with billing, and his the pricing was great. As a matter of fact, I added on quite a few things as we went and he kept on track and worked everything in without hesitation. I will work with Howard and Best Co again, without a doubt. If youâ re reading this review and still wondering who to hire - stop now and just call them. I donâ t think thereâ s a better contractor experience out there.

Exceeded my expectations! Warren is easy to work with, listens, and gets the job done well. Deck work was first rate, started earlier than promised. Cleanup and price were very good. Definitely will plan on spring projects.

Hired this company to preform new vinyl flooring in kitchen, master bedroom, and Bathroom all work was done in a timely manner and the owner of the company was always there to answer any questions you had . Workmanship was 5 Star rating, would highly recommend them plus the price was right.

Great experience. Always showed up on time, as most of you know when it comes to contractors that is not common. Estimate was right on, Warren went above and beyond to assist me in buying parts/materials needed, and kept me up to date with progress. This was a bathroom renovation, and we are thrilled with the result.

I really enjoyed working with Warren the owner of Best Co. He was great with communication, reliability and dependability. His workers were good to deal with too. My only negative is that some of the workers were less experienced than others and that did show in some of the quality of the workmanship. That said, Warren was very receptive in dealing with our concerns. I would recommend Best Co. and hope to use them again.

Best Company, and Warren Howard, worked to repair my front steps and deck, replacing wood floor planks with composite. The work timely, high quality labor and materials, and affordable (compared to another contractor's bid) - I am very pleased and will hire Best Co again!

I hired Warren to build a base for a shed and to assemble the shed that I purchased at Sam's Club. Warren was very prompt and professional and completed the entire job in 2 days! At first I thought his rate was on the high side, but given how much time he saved me, the quality of the work he performed, and the fact that the shed was extremely complicated to build, his rate was more than fair. He responded quickly to my texts and phone calls (if not immediately, within a few hours) and updated me on the project as it was going on. I plan to hire Warren again and would recommend him to anyone needing a handyman.

Plowing is how I met Warren. Since he started plowing my driveway, he has done many odd jobs for me, all done timely with care, quality and reasonably priced.
