"Joe and Oceanside came to our rescue when we were running out of time before a family reunion. We were waiting for a paving company to do a job before we could plant grass. There was a long delay and, as the date of the reunion approached, we desperately needed someone to agree to sod in whatever window of time we might have before the reunion date.
