"They were lengthening my Driveway. They had done the driveway 4 years ago and had done a very good job. I rehired then to extend the driveway. In the process the machines they used damage the old Driveway. They did not tell my wife who was at home or contacted me to tell me. This upset me more than the damage did. I had to text him/ email email him. He did say he would repair and seal coat the driveway. He has partially repaired the driveway, they missed one spot. He is to return in week or two and seal the Driveway. If the damage had not happen I would have given 5 stars"

"After obtaining a few estimates from paving companies we decided on having John and his crew pave our driveway. They arrived when they said to estimate the work and again arrived when they said (on time) again to pave. Very well orchestrated crew where everyone knew their tasks as if like they’ve been working together for a long time. "The Driveway Guys exceeded our expectations. We are a nursing facility that had multiple pavement issues, causing trip hazards for our residents. I called Chris and he came over that same day, gave us an estimate within a day. We were happy with the estimate so we hired Chris and his team to get the project done ASAP. Within a week Chris was at our facility tearing up the pavement and regrading the driveway to make it flat for our residents. Also, we had Chris do some other emergency work for us."

After removing existing moss, consider using paver blocking sand to fill the joints. This specialty material hardens once placed and serves as an effective barrier against moss and weeds. From there on, regularly clean your pavers and try to keep them dry. You can also seal your paver as a semi-permanent solution — just make sure you reseal every 3 to 5 years.

While blacktop is a type of asphalt, the terms should not be used interchangeably, as not all asphalt qualifies as blacktop. The primary differences are in their composition, production process, and ideal applications. Blacktop contains more stone than other types of asphalt and is heated to a higher temperature during production—300°F or more—while hot-mix asphalt is heated to between 275°F and 300°F. The ratio of bitumen (a tar-like crude oil) is a key differentiator, though sources vary: some state blacktop has less bitumen, making it less durable, while others claim it has a higher ratio.
