"I needed a landscaper because my lawn was a mess (more weeds and moss than grass, it seemed), and water was seeping into the basement because of improper gutter drainage and soil grading. Oh, and there was a critter, possibly the skunk that was seen in the area, burrowing underground where there was a gap near my patio – ugh! I hired M&L because the quote was reasonably priced, and Leo was responsive, understanding and cooperative as my landscaping project evolved. The job he ended up doing included building a trench for the gutter downflow, re-grading the entire lawn, creating flowerbeds, installing a fence, doing concrete work (to keep that critter out!), and paving a small section of the yard to hold trash and recycling bins. Leo and his team showed up when they said they would, worked quickly and efficiently, and with the greatest attitude – all of them were hard-working and easy to deal with. I will definitely hire M&L again for future landscaping jobs, and I highly recommend them to others. My lawn now looks nice and neat, can't wait for the new grass to grow. Thank you, Leo and crew!"

We looked at the sq.ft. itemized estimates and I though it was a very fair price. We called Jason back to check his schedule and we planned and performed the work within two weeks. Jason called to confirm the work schedule and completed the driveway work as quoted along with some additional detail. The time-frame, price, performance, and quality exceeded our expectations. Their cost of installation was fairly priced and my wife and I were really impressed with the owner, Joe, on how knowledgeable and thorough he was during our initial in person consultation. Best decision we ever made. Joe and his crew were extremely detailed, hard working and efficient. There is a definite skill set to paving and the driveway turned out amazing. I would make the decision to go with Asphalt Expert again and will recommend him to friends and family. One last thought (sad to have to mention it) we are a younger family with little girls.
