"Fantastic! We were in a bind when my tenant called with no water. I called Randy on a Saturday afternoon, Memorial Day weekend and within a couple of hours he replied that he would be there first thing in the morning...ON A SUNDAY!! Sure enough, he and his dad showed up around 8am, assessed the problem (old worn out well pump and leaking pressure tank) and by 9:15 had both units replaced and working with all new electrical line run from the well head to the pump. Fair price and unbelievable service! I couldn't recommend him more enthusiastically! I'll definitely be calling him for some new construction projects we have going."

He thoroughly examined my system and its layout, and explained where the clog was explained could be occurring. He even gave me a bit of a history lesson on plumbing in old houses like mine, and the kind of problems that people typically face with them. He also told me exactly what he was planning to do, what equipment would be used, and how it worked. Worked on the problem for a couple hours until he got results. Very persistent! Cleaned up and sanitized the worksite as well. Also made a few suggestions as to some diagnostic measures I should look into to make sure I don’t run into the problem again. Once the project started, there was no break in the work. Something was being done everyday. Either Dave and his crew, the plumber, or the electrician. We worked closely w/ dave and minimized the down time of this very central room in our home. A kitchen and bath project can be the hardest but Dave and his team kept it going and we were able to complete in the time we estimated it would take. This was in the winter and included a door and window. Dave relied on his experience on other projects and had some good ideas as the project developed and we made a few running changes."
