"So I live in a older house (1947) so the plumbing is older too. Anytime I used my sink dishwasher or laundry the water would all but flood my basement making it almost unusable. I called and talked to Seth he was able to get to my home the next day and diagnose the problem my pipes in the concrete were old and clogged beyond repair well he managed to completely redo all of my plumbing brand new and have it up and running in a matter of a few hours! I now have a dry usable basement. He gave me a very decent price as well! Now hopefully I don't need another plumber anytime soon but if I do I'm calling seth at SWB!"

I called Randy on a Saturday afternoon, Memorial Day weekend and within a couple of hours he replied that he would be there first thing in the morning...ON A SUNDAY!! Sure enough, he and his dad showed up around 8am, assessed the problem (old worn out well pump and leaking pressure tank) and by 9:15 had both units replaced and working with all new electrical line run from the well head to the pump. Most likely the fix will be delayed until you can find someone that does have the equipment. Call Tommy to avoid the delay. With a clogged sewer line, any delay is NOT good. Rafael and his assistant were top notch and left the house and work area clean even at the end of the first day. I highly recommend them if you are considering a project.
