I explained what we needed done (purchased the legs of an old lathe that were quite rusted and needed to be sandblasted before we could repurpose them as table legs). The best part is that while we were waiting on the vacuum pump to do its job, he also gave me helpful information on increasing the efficiency in my home all around. It's pretty clear that he knew what he was doing and has a vast knowledge of the state run incentive programs."
