Bahia grass is not difficult to grow, but you might need patience for this slow-growing grass. It’s best to wait until your grass is dry to mow and keep up with lawn mower maintenance.

The look of an overwatered lawn is likely the first thing to tip you off. Overwatered lawns don’t look green and lush. They’ll often be yellowed and mushy or appear patchy and thinning. 

Most signs of an overwatered lawn are visual; if your grass looks off, the lawn is likely over or underwatered.
