"Everything went great! Zach and Rick installed a new "tank tee" - the old one was very corroded - and there's no more drip. They were both just very professional and prompt. To be honest, CZ came by twice without my even speaking to anyone. Chuck's son Rick stopped by Tuesday afternoon to check things out and then he and Zach came by Wednesday morning (Zach texted me about 15 minutes beforehand but I didn't hear the text) to do the job. And, he charged me $125 which I think is an incredible price due to the fact he gave me a BRAND NEW COMPUTER.
Mr. Ferrell is extremely professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient with his time and your money.  I just started using my new computer this week and I am in heaven.  No more viruses...no more waiting 10 minutes to pull up a website...and no more having to pull out all of my cords out of my modem and rebooting my computer.  I am thrilled with the job that Mr. Ferrell did and I would recommend him to anyone.
