"I highly recommend Archadeck of Central Maine. The carpenter, Garret, except for a few hours on the first carpentry day and the entire last day, worked on this by himself. He did a phenomenal job! On the last day he was joined by Preston and he did a great job as well. This project had some unique elements. First, was the slope of the ground. Second, was the design. The lower deck was designed to hold a hot tub (not shown here) to be accessed from the upper deck in the area between the two railings. One whole side of the upper deck remained without a railing as I wanted deck access to be at any point along the footpath. It'll be my task to backfill the gap between the deck surface and the footpath. Total number of days worked on this project was six (6). TJ and Jessi are easy to work with and the cost was very reasonable. We are THRILLED with the results!!"

"Wow. The job was to build a porch/deck at ground level where a brick patio was. Russell came out to look at the job and the site. I described what I was thinking and its functionality--to get the dogs out of the mud before coming in the back door, and drainage for heavy rain, and to dress up the area. We walked the site, he asked me questions, answered my questions, took measurements and left. The next day I had an estimated price, a bill of materials, and a schedule. I agreed to everything...the price was fair and the schedule fit. One question for me was what color/style of planking, Trex, I was looking for. Then I left town for two weeks. Russell began work the following Monday. It took him four full days (one day it rained, I think). I am very pleased with the final structure. It complements the house, fits smoothly with the surrounding area. Drainage seemed to survive the recent storms. I will definitely have Davis Deck Solutions back for other projects."
