"Wish I'd read some reviews before engaging Watermatic. Found them to be unreliable, wouldn't show up for appointments, didn't follow through on developing a quote, plumber they subcontracted never showed, and then when I finally gave up and moved on after they ghosted me, the owner got upset, took no accountability, and was instead quick to blame it all on the plumber he chose and scheduled, whom I never met or spoke to. And after all that, Watermatic somehow seems to think they treated me well. I was extremely patient, gave Watermatic several chances, and they just strung me along for nearly 2 months and wasted our time. Save yourself a lot of trouble and endless followups, and just call a different irrigation company. Watermatic doesn't seem to have a scheduling system, rarely shows up when they say they will, appears unorganized, and then gets upset or throws their own team/subcontractors under the bus if you ask for an update on what's going on. 100% the opposite of what customers want from a home-service business. We've now gone with one of Watermatic's competitors who did show up on time, delivered a quote within 2 hours, and we're doing an even larger project with them in a few days. Add Watermatic to your "do not bother" list."
