watermatic Irrigation

They won’t return phone calls. I’ve been waiting for service since May. I can’t get a phone call back from them after leaving 12 plus phone messages. Read other reviews on web before considering using this service. Stay away from this company!! Don’t believe their responses to bad reviews.

We were entirely let down by the unprofessional nature of Watermatic. They notified us they would turn on our system on May 15th but never showed. We left voicemails and sent messages for two weeks to no avail. After finally speaking with Scott, he failed to show for multiple appointments and sent technicians who had never been to the property and left the system on with a serious leak running for half the day. No one was able to turn our system on or fix the problem. Finally, after sending a second technician who was not familiar with the property and could not fix the problem, they promised to return first thing the next Monday. They never returned and never returned our multiple phone calls. I understand our neighbors have had the same experience. We have now lost two months and have nearly destroyed our garden. Do not hire this company.

They came with the house kind of deal. The first time we dealt with them was October 2012. They just come out twice a year and sometimes three times if we have an issues with some of the sprinkler. They come out in the Spring to turn on the system. I don't even know but I may not use them to do that this year but just to check and make sure the plowed didn't ruin any of the sprinkler heads and they'll replace them. In the Fall, they come and blow all the water out of the system so that the pipes don't freeze. The house came with an irrigation system so now we have to have it serviced. The pricing is not bad unless you have sprinkler heads replaced. During the middle of the year when we had that patio put in last year, there was a sprinkler head right where the patio went. They had to come back afterwards, fix it and rebury it. Its was $40. We haven't found any other places around here that do it. Its not commong to have an irrigation system here. We don't have long dry hot Summer the way they do other places. I would use them again, we use them every year.

The  job  was  timely  and  the system is  working  well.   The tech  took the  time to  help  me  with   programming the system.

They were prompt and had the system in exactly when they said they would. Scott is a very 'hands on' owner and made sure that we were completely satisfied. We had some minor initial startup issues but Watermatic responded promptly and had them fixed beyound even our expectations. We chose Watermatic because many of our neighbors have their system and were very pleased with the service over a number of years.
