They let me know exactly what they were doing; even showed me how their equipment works and took before and after pictures of my air ducts - which it seems had never been cleaned in the 40 year history of the house! They were very patient working with me as I was having to work with another company who was responsible for replacing my propane hot water tank under warranty.
