"we called them on july 3rd for our ac & asked if someone could come out thay said that thay was out straight . but someone could come on Monday morning about 830 we said fine . then about 1/2 hour later thay called us back & said that thay had someone that could come by on that day ! so mac came by & fixed the problem for us =) price was a little hight but very friendly & yes we will use them agine !!!!!!!!"

"Proactive Comfort was very responsive and sensitive to my needs. They were very patient working with me as I was having to work with another company who was responsible for replacing my propane hot water tank under warranty. It was anything but smooth dealing with the company replacing my tank, but Proactive Comfort stayed close by in following up with me so that we could secure having their plumber on site as soon as the tank arrived. They understood my frustrations during this wait that went on longer than it should have. Proactive Comfort gave me the assurance they were ready to complete the project. I am more than satisfied with their service. One note regarding the plumber from Proactive Comfort. He was on site removing the old tank and replacing with the new under horrific conditions. Regardless of the heatwave and the extensive work he had to do, he did not complain and was very professional. That was hours working out in these conditions."
