They had to repair a concrete floor in a difficult location that required removing the broken concrete (reinforced with brick!) by hand and up a steep flight of stairs. "The tape on the seams of the drywall on my first floor ceiling were cracked in several rooms.  I received an estimate from Goode Design but ended up not getting the work done until almost a year later.  They patched the cracks in the three rooms where it was an issue and painted the ceiling bright white per my request.  This work took place in the Fall of 2015, I'm not sure of the exact date.

The Good: Overall I am very happy with their work, the two painters were hard working nice guys.  They showed up on time and got right to work moving furniture and prepping walls.  The price was reasonable for ceiling work and it looks much better.

The Bad:  There was a mix up in scheduling and nobody showed up for the first appointment.   The only negatives regarding the work performed were that they missed one small spot, hung up my curtains backwards and nicked a wall ( with a ladder I assume) but these were all very minor.  The seams are becoming noticeable again after several months but they are not cracking and I hope they don't.

Overall:  I will definitely use Goode Design again in the future and recommend them 100%."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
