There install was absolutely fabulous. My wife and I were amazed at there professionalism and the way they kept the work area clean. The business owner, Tony, came to our house, inspected the awnings, and reviewed all of the options with no pressure to purchase anything. His estimate for replacing the fabric was fair, and he fixed the malfunctioning awning motor without charge. Based on his advice, we will try to clean up the old fabric before replacing it with new material from American Awnings."

"My first time using Angie's List proved to be well worth it! I saw a deal for replacement windows through American Jewel Window Systems for a pretty good price, 5 windows for $1499. I ordered them and met with Chuck who came to my home to take the initial measurements. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable! He showed me the options and gave me the estimate. The deal did not include the screens, which cost at an additional $10 each. The following week, the installer came by to take more measurements. Two weeks later, the company called me for an install date. 
The two installers came and were absolutely perfect. They brought in all the supplies, removed the old windows, took caution and placed cloth tarp, installed the new windows, sealed them properly, and cleaned up after themselves. I was amazed at how fast and quietly they worked. What a difference in warmth replacing a few windows can do. The rooms where the windows were replaced were always very cold. Chuck had told me I would see a huge difference when getting rid of my old aluminum ones for brand new vinyl ones. We were so pleased with the initial 5 windows, that we contacted them again and replaced an additional 11 windows in our home. 
I am extremely happy and satisfied with this decision. My house is warmer and I felt that I received a really great deal!

"Just as they said they installed the window in one day and the next day the finisher can and finished the inside of the house. The window looks great and they cleaned everything up and removed the old window I would definitely use them again"

"The biggest problem I had with this company was responsiveness before the work was done. After calling them to use the coupon, it took a while to get them to my house to do an estimate. Then it took over a week to actually get the estimate so I could schedule the work. And then two weeks to get on the schedule.
With that said, the person they sent did a FANTASTIC job. I had a section of rotted wood above my entry door and it had been a problem area for years apparently. The last time I had to have the wood replaced the previous owners had not told me about termite damage behind this section. Anyway, this time around the service person said that we would fix it right.
He scraped out all of the damaged wood and replaced the damaged section with a PVC-based solution so I'll never have to worry about it rotting again. All I have to do is keep it painted and caulked.
I'm VERY happy. It looks great. He was very pleasant, friendly, professional. He explained everything to me and he worked until he finished.
The likelihood that the 3 hours included in the coupon will cover your work when there is rot involved --it took 6 hours and the materials cost $160.00. With that said, it could've ended up costing a lot more so I definitely recommend taking advantage of the coupon deal if they offer it again.

"Mr Juan has worked on my home on multiple occasions. 1) Twice my neighbors tree hit my roof. The first time, in the front of home, the first and second floor of the roof needed new shingles, protection from the rain and the part of the ceiling in the garage had fell to the garage floor. When my neighbor's hit the side of my home. Juan came to my rescue and protected my roof, replaced the shingles and the siding. He even looked at my plumbing. Again I will always contact Juan Improvement Services. He is an excellent home improvement contractor who goes well beyond that of a home Contractor and communicates with you any issues and what must be done. Based on my experiences. I would always recommend Juan Improvement Services for your home....always."
