"This company was amazing. They were so professional and the work that was done was fantastic. The office admin staff was very good at keeping me informed and communicating with me throughout the entire process. As for the workers themselves they were very polite and took great pains to make sure that they did the job to the best of their ability. "I received three quotes and onsite visits to the house. FloorGem was just as professional as the other two contractors, but most cost effective. The work performed was top notch. My floors had about ten years of wear and were definitely in need of refinishing. Floors look like they are brand new. 100% satisfied.
