"Came home late from work one evening and discovered that sewage ejector pump had not been working and sewage water accumulating in the pit. Called 3 plumbers via Angie’s List who had 24/7 service. First guy gave me $1,000 quote by phone, and he would not have been able to fix for at least 3 days. Jim picked up right away, listened to my description of the problem, quoted me at $600-$700 and scheduled me right away for the next morning. He arrived on time with a new pump, surveyed the issue and got right to work removing the old pump and installing the new one. He was personable, knowledgeable and it only took a couple of hours. Would definitely call Jim again if other plumbing issues."

"They were very professional and did an excellent job when I had them out to service my water heater. I liked them so much, I called them back a few weeks later to do another job for me. While they were there installing a washer pan, my Dad was so impressed that he hired them on the spot to go over to his house to fix a few things."
