A representative came to our house to explain all the different products as well as pricing and timing. "Larry and Dominick came over and installed our system last Saturday. Not only were they the most competitive quote we received, but they were adaptive in helping us craft the system that we wanted and needed for our unique home. The panel was installed beautifully and Dominic did a great job of explaining the features and the Alarm.com app. Larry was also very helpful in making sure that the garage opener worked well. They spent a ton of time answering our questions and being very patient with us. And, that is really saying something since my husband asks about a million questions before he feels informed enough to make any decisions. 
For instance, we were having trouble with a sensor last night, called Larry this afternoon, and he had called us back tonight to help us trouble shoot the problem and find solutions.
My husband also wants me to write that they came on Saturday and Sunday to get everything installed correctly. Also, that the system they installed allows for expansion and that we own the equipment.

"He did a real good job of cleaning up. He has a helper and he always works with him. He does not put him on the job and come back and check later. He did a good job and he was supposed to give me an estimate on repairing of the wall. He was honest and hardworking and that is why i went with me. I am concerned about matching colors on my roof and he paid details to that. My brother said however they had not fill up a couple of ports on the roof. I also asked if she could look in my attic for any damage and mold from my repair last year. Dale came out, within the hour, and fixed the oddly loosened shingles. He also took the time to look around my entire attic, not just the area where the leak had been. Thankfully, i had no leaks, stains or mold. He was professional, polite and punctual. He did mention my roof was old and would need replacing soon, and asked if I would like a free estimate.
